They cultivate coffee at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,800 meters above sea level, producing Caturra, Catuai, and Bourbon varieties of Arabica coffee using certified Fair Trade and organic methods.

The cooperatives we work with, like ASOCHAJUL, have grown from small groups of 40 farmers to organizations representing over 1,500 coffee producers, all committed to "working the land without violence" and maintaining environmentally responsible organic growing processes.
